Lookatnum explained that the table was compiled by calculating the difference between the percentage of viewers and critics ratings for a film with at least 50 thousand reviews and 250 reviews by critics.

For this reason, several films with a noticeable difference in ratings were not included in the table – for example, “Venom”. The audience rating of the film comics Sony Pictures is 81%, and from the critics – 29%.

The table is divided into two parts: in the first, films that were better appreciated by critics, and in the second, films that were more liked by the audience. However, this is a relative indicator. For example, both ratings for Terminator Genisys are pretty low, but viewers still have higher ratings.
